CITY ANNOUNCES CONCEPT PLAN FOR A NEW DOWNTOWN

At the November 1, 2011, City Council meeting City staff outlined a concept plan for creation of a “new downtown” in Rio Dell adjacentto State Highway 101 and south of the Davis Street interchange called Rio Dell Plaza.
