Proposed Scotia Annexation
The Pacific Lumber Company (PALCO) petitioned the City of Rio Dell to annex the Town of Scotia to the City of Rio Dell on April 18, 2006. The City Council accepted the petition from PALCO to process an application to annex the town of Scotia and directed staff to prepare a fiscal impact analysis, engineering analysis/review; environmental impact report; and General Plan/Zoning amendments.
